Come precisato poi dalle linee guida del Garante della Privacy in materia, per lo stesso motivo, non potranno sussistere dopo il 25 maggio data in cui il GDPR sarà pienamente applicabile in tutti gli stati membri dell’Unione Europea- obblighi generalizzati di adozione di misure minime di sicurezza, come previsto attualmente dall’art.</p>
